I was at Evil Crash's house... I climbed on it and when I was on the roof... I jumped towards the rocks near it as far as possible... then I fell trough! Wow... not that interesting... but wait! There is more!
I suddenly stopped falling... on a solid invisible ground... so I walked around and then: and I couldn't believe my eyes: It was the set of the 100% NTSC movie! I was like: Seriously what the *****? Just BEING down there in the middle of nowhere! It isn't even completed! I couldn't get in, there was a sort of solid invisible wall somewhere there... I had some problems with the camera angle also... but managed to get it on... I just needed to capture it for you guys so here it is:

Hold on a sec...
I thought the set was rendered in an FMV format, and not part of the game itself...right?
This is interesting.
I know, that's why this seems so weird. If they had the set in the already render video, there would be no need to have it somewhere in-game, unless they were gonna use it for something but later decided not to use it and just left it in. But then why in in the Twinsanity Island level? Since the video can be view from anywhere in the game.

Knowing this could also lead to the idea that maybe every FMV sequence in the game has a hidden spot somewhere in the game. Dont know why this one would be in Twinsanity Island though. . . A little more exploration into the depths of this game, and who knows, maybe we could find out if my first theory is correct and there is a FMV place hidden in the levels.
This is way better footage... Thanks to the emulator of my friend... It took me a while to jump in the right space again... Moving the camera is really hard!!! You can see that I'm under the sea right there. :8D:
Figured this out right after I posted the first time. You really should have waited until it was actually April though. The only reason I posted mine early was because I got grounded. (Posting this from school. >.> <.<)
Your joke fell flat because it was two days early. You don't do that for an april fools joke. You should have atleast done it LAST night instead of two days ago, because then it WOULD have been April 1st there already.
I know you was going to use that against me, but hey... I only edited some grammar and extra's. And perhaps YOU don't make April fools before April but I do. Let's have this discussion settled as adults and just looking back to the fun things this brought...
jumpbutton: poly_g there is no such thing as "Crash News" so why would you want to go in there anyways? There's no thread in there that isn't a bot posting about airplane Crashes... if there were actual CRASH BANDICOOT NEWS I assure you it would be posted for all to s

Poly_G: Now I can sleep at night
Mar 26, 2015 9:12:43 GMT -5
CrashBoomer: There's no new non-fanmade crash stuff since 2010, damn Activision
Mar 26, 2015 17:45:49 GMT -5
Cake: Tbh I'd rather have it stay that way, the odds of a competent, committed developer ever picking up Crash again are low.
Mar 27, 2015 8:33:27 GMT -5
Cake: Judging by Activision's handling of him with Radical they don't think he will sell. Them giving Crash the needed resources to make a quality title isn't a realistic scenario
Mar 27, 2015 8:36:44 GMT -5
Cake: So he's better off like this than driving him further into the ground with some half assed game
Mar 27, 2015 8:37:49 GMT -5
Sforzando: ever? that's a sad thought
Mar 27, 2015 12:59:24 GMT -5
Sforzando: that said, fan games are becoming better and better. Game Maker is no longer the standard format
Mar 27, 2015 13:01:09 GMT -5
CrashBoomer: for now we got only two potential crash fangames in progress: Crystals Wrath and Frost. And the only already released decent 3D crash fangames are Crash Mayhem and Crash BIZ
Mar 27, 2015 14:33:35 GMT -5
CrashBoomer: but the Crystal's Wrath progress is somewhat, strange, cryptic, and, ugh, misterious...
Mar 27, 2015 14:34:38 GMT -5
Cake: Ever might be too strong of a word, cause you can never know 100% ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Mar 27, 2015 17:14:47 GMT -5
Cake: But Acti isnt looking willing, and someone else buying Crash doesnt make sense cause why would you do that when you can make a new IP? Sony for example already have so many they can use, Crash is probably the last thing in their thoughts.
Mar 27, 2015 17:17:15 GMT -5
Poly_G: @sforzando Game Maker should have died long ago, and by that I mean set ablaze with fires 3 stories high. A truly honorable and memorable death...
Mar 28, 2015 14:41:24 GMT -5
Poly_G: Now fans can actually focus on making Crash games as god intended, (in glorious 3D graphics) and on PC at that. If Activision needs passionate and committed developers for Crash, they've got em' right here. With 4GB of RAM and a copy of Unity/UDK
Mar 28, 2015 14:47:17 GMT -5
Poly_G: heh, my PC isn't great either... But I'd still use better 2D engines than Game Maker. 001 Game Creator is better in roughly every way in terms of lighting (auto shadows, light source editors) user-friendliness, and learning curve.
Mar 30, 2015 12:45:03 GMT -5
jumpbutton: you seriously underestimate the quality and ability of game maker lol
Mar 30, 2015 20:56:54 GMT -5
Poly_G: Or, perhaps I've tried making something coherent with it for years at a time and realized it wasn't worth it lol
